1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Godhi Livability ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or unregistered (guests).

2. Description of Service

Godhi Livability provides hyperlocal livability intelligence for Godhi and nearby villages, including:

• Area-wise livability scores across 8 parameters (Air Quality, Water Quality, Sanitation, Amenities, Quiet Score, Green Cover, Flood Risk, Earthquake Risk)
• Composite livability scoring and grading (A–F)
• Interactive maps, area comparisons, city dashboards, and rankings
• Data sourced from government agencies and open-source datasets

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

• You may register using email/password or Google OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free & Paid Services

The Platform offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free tier — access to Air Quality data for all areas; other parameters require a registered account.
• Paid tier — detailed reports and premium features (available when payment module is enabled).

Pricing and features are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to registered users via email or on-platform notifications.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated bots to extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or infrastructure
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell data, scores, or reports from the Platform commercially without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

• Scores are computed algorithmically and may not reflect real-time ground conditions.
• Data from external sources (CPCB, CWC, data.gov.in, OSM, ISRO Bhuvan, BIS, NDMA) is provided "as is" from those agencies.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• Livability scores should NOT be the sole basis for property purchase, investment, or relocation decisions.
• We recommend consulting local authorities, professional surveyors, and real estate advisors for critical decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform design, branding, logos, scoring methodology, and original content are the intellectual property of Godhi Livability.
• Government data sourced from CPCB, CWC, data.gov.in, etc. is used under their respective open data licences.
• OpenStreetMap data is used under the ODbL licence.
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform's proprietary content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Godhi Livability shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data, scores, or reports provided by the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Payment & Refund Policy

When the paid report feature is active:

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• PDF reports are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the report contains significant data errors.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
